Bake Sale Information:

We are a small Orthodox faith community. Our profits from the bake sale go to supporting our church. We appreciate all the support the community have given us in the past and look forward to your continued support moving forward. Bake Sale Ordering has been closed. Order pick up will be held Friday November 19 from 1-6 pm at the Greek Church basement.

This year on the pick up date we will be selling GYRO’S again, so plan on having a GYRO dinner to bring home to the whole family.

Baklava

a rich sweet pastry made with layers of phyllo dough filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with honey sugar syrup.

Cheese Turnovers

a combination of feta and ricotta cheese wrapped and baked in buttered phyllo dough.

Finikia

made using flour, baking powder, orange juice, and oil. No dairy products are used. The finikia are filled with a nut mixture dipped honey syrup and rolled in a mixture of cinnamon, sugar and ground walnuts.

Galatobouriko

Sweet custard baked in layers of phyllo dough topped with a sugar honey syrup.

Kataifi Rolls

baklava filling wrapped in shredded phylo dough and sweeted with honey sugar syrup.

Koulourakia

Soft flour and sugar based bread cookies

Kourambiethes

Butter cookies dusted with powdered sugar.

Melomakarona

similar to Finikia (do not have the nut filling) soaked in honey syrup then sprinkled with crushed walnuts.

Potica

paper-thin sweet bread roll filled with nuts, butter, honey and sugar.

Spanakopita

spinach, feta cheese, cottage cheese, spring onions, onions , eggs and seasonings baked in layers of buttered phyllo pastry.
